User Accounts

Registration: To access certain features of Coffi, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription Plans

• Plan Details: Coffi offers three plans:
  1. Explorer (Free): Access to official spots and basic filters.
  2. Nomad (Premium): Access to community-discovered spots, real-time insights, and premium features.
  3. Wanderlust (Coming Soon): Exclusive advanced features and benefits.
• Payments and Billing: For paid plans, recurring payments will be charged as per your subscription. You can cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to our policy.
• Refund Policy:Refunds may be issued at Coffi’s discretion, based on specific circumstances.

Community Contributions

1. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you contribute to Coffi (e.g., reviews, updates).
2. License to Coffi: By contributing, you grant Coffi a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
3. Prohibited Content: Do not post content that is offensive, false, or violates any laws.

Rewards and Gamification

1. Earning Points: Users can earn Coffi Points by updating real-time conditions or discovering new spots.
2. Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for rewards such as exclusive features. Additional redemption options, such as badges, coupons, and avatars, may be introduced in the future.
3. Expiration: Coffi Points may expire after a certain period, as determined by Coffi.

Use of the Platform

1. Permitted Use: Coffi is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited without prior authorization.
2. Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in activities that harm the platform, such as data scraping, spamming, or using Coffi for illegal purposes.

Real-Time Insights and Accuracy

1. Community-Generated Content: Real-time insights are based on user contributions and may not always be accurate.
2. No Guarantees: Coffi does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of community-generated content.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: Coffi owns all intellectual property related to the platform, including branding, design, and software.
2. Restrictions: Do not copy, distribute, or modify Coffi’s intellectual property without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Coffi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including inaccuracies in content or disruptions in service.

Termination of Accounts

Coffi reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

Governing Law
